Merveille Coffee Co. was founded in 2023 by the McDonald Family. It started as a dream but quickly turned into a startup.

Working at a 3rd wave shop as a barista, Kristina fell in love with the atmosphere and culture of the coffee community. After getting married Timothy grew interested in the science of specialty coffee and espresso. Pretty soon the young entrepreneurial couple dreamt of bringing the experience of the 3rd wave shop to any occasion and event.

After recently moving back to Connecticut, they felt it was time to launch their mobile espresso cart, Merveille Coffee Co.
